Founding partner Chad Blincoe grew up on a family farm in Southern Idaho and is a fourth-generation Idahoan. He considers himself the luckiest person he knows, as he gets to live and work in a state he loves so much. With over 35 years of experience in the Wood River Valley, Chad is well-versed in the various municipalities and Blaine County. His expertise includes several homes within the Mountain Overlay District (MOD) and avalanche loading. He has previously served as the elected president of AIA Idaho and currently serves as a member of the advocacy committee.
